Seeing the need for quality acting, musical theatre, on-camera and dance workshops for children and teens, A Class Act NY began their very successful Weekend Workshop Series. A Class Act NY gives students the unique and rare opportunity to work with Broadway actors and industry professionals, such as directors, talent agents and casting directors.
OUR MISSION
Our mission at A CLASS ACT is to enrich children’s lives by introducing them to the magic of the performing arts in a fun, safe and supportive environment. At A CLASS ACT we strive to build a child’s self-esteem in a non-threatening, non-competitive atmosphere.
OUR PROGRAM
Children will increase their creativity and expand their imagination as well as enhance their public speaking skills and gain a life-long appreciation for music and the dramatic arts. Through our teaching artists’ expertise, children will learn the importance of team-work and self-discipline.
OUR TEACHERS
Our instructors are highly skilled professional working actors and Broadway veterans with extensive teaching experience who will work to develop each student’s individual talents in a nurturing environment.
